PURPOSE: A touch sensing device and an electronic device thereof are provided to prevent the reduction of the touch sensitivity of the touch sensing device by avoiding improper back ground capacitance besides the provision of a shielding function. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensing circuit layer(207) is placed on an undersurface of a substrate and a shielding structure(215) is placed under the touch sensing circuit layer. The shielding structure includes a conductive layer(214) and a support layer(212). The support layer has resistivity to back ground capacitance and forms a safe gap between the touch sensing circuit layer and the conductive layer. The safe gap has a thickness of 0.03-3.0mm and adhering layer(210) is placed between the shielding structure and the touch sensing circuit layer. The support layer is placed between the adhering layer and the conductive layer and the conductive layer is placed between the adhering layer and the support layer.
