Thin film transistor panel and liquid crystal display including the same

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate and a liquid crystal display including the same are provided to omit a patterning process of each RGB material comprising a color filter by exposure equipment and to reduce process costs. CONSTITUTION: A passivation film(145) is planarized by CMP. A black matrix(150) is formed in the upper part of the passivation film. The black matrix is used as a partition wall. A color filter(160) is formed by an ink-jet method. The color filter has precise overlay by using the black matrix.
