PURPOSE: A test sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of a whole inspection by contacting the terminal and conductive unit of a target substrate. CONSTITUTION: A conductive unit(20) is arranged in a location which corresponds to the terminal of a target substrate. A plurality of conductive particles(21) is contained in the elastic material(22) of the conductive unit. An insulative supporting unit(30) is arranged in a part except the terminal of the target substrate. The insulative supporting unit supports and insulates the conductive unit. A plurality of pores(31) is contained in the insulative supporting unit. |
