摘要 PURPOSE: A safe landing apparatus and method of an unmanned flying robot is provided to produce a flying robot capable of landing automatically without the impact and the manual operation, to induce safe landing which is safe not limited to the certain way as it can recognize the situation of the ground contact state precisely and to land safely and automatically with higher velocity than previous method. CONSTITUTION: A safe landing apparatus and method of an unmanned flying robot includes the next processes. A landing skid is contacted to the ground(S100). A load cell measures a weight, a pressure, vibration or the six of force applied to the landing skid while landing and a load cell converts the information to the electric signal(S200). A load cell controller receives the measured electric signal and digitize the signal(S300). A processing controller receives and gather the digitized information and a processing controller generates the signal that induces the safe landing of the unmanned flying robot(S400). A posture controller receives the signal which induces the safe landing of the unmanned flying robot and the posture controller enables safe landing increasing/reducing the descending velocity of the unmanned flying robot by generating the lift force through rotating a propeller with a high speed(S500).
