<p>PURPOSE: A platform providing device and a providing method thereof are provided to eliminate the need to modify software operated in a former version of a platform by not influencing a service of the software operated in the former version when a new version of a platform is developed. CONSTITUTION: A software database(10) stores software execution information and a platform database(20) stores platform execution information. A service providing server(40) brings software execution information and the platform execution information to execute a service requested by a web browser of a user. The service providing server includes a cache(43) storing the platform execution information and the software execution information and a request processing unit(41). The request processing unit executes the service requested by the web browser by using the platform execution information and the software execution information stored in the cache.
