PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing inflow of dust for subway platforms is provided to have pleasant environment by reducing pollution level in platforms and continuously keep indoor temperature of the platforms by minimizing inflow of hot or cold air generated from a subway. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing inflow of dust for subway platforms comprises an electromagnet(40) and a flexible(10). The electromagnet is installed in peripheral exterior wall of a subway entrance door and one end of the flexible is fixed in the rear side of a screen door installed in a subway platform(200). A metal ground plate(12) is formed in the other end peripheral part of the flexible. A spring(20) is respectively connected to both sides of the ground plate. Before opening the entrance door when the subway stops, power is supplied to the electromagnet to generate magnetic force. If the ground plate is pulled to be closed, the flexible and the spring are extended for predetermined length to form a tunnel shape between the subway entrance door and the screen door. |
