PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for controlling a focused ultrasonic operation by ultrasonic monitoring are provided to secure the safety of an operation by simultaneously performing the focused ultrasonic operation and diagnosing a tissue in real time. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic converter(100) for a transceiver receives a third ultrasonic wave reflected from an opposite surface of a target tissue and converts the third ultrasonic wave into an output electric signal after a second input electric signal is converted into a second ultrasonic wave and the second ultrasonic wave is radiated to one side of a target tissue. A signal processing module(400) receives the output electric signal and converts the output electric signal into a time function and a frequency function.
