PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing high strength coal briquettes and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to overcome facility malfunction problems and thermal exchange efficiency reduction due to the increase of carry over. CONSTITUTION: A system for manufacturing high strength coal briquettes includes the following: fine dust is collected and stored(S100); the weight of the fine dust is measured(S200); the amount of undried coal to be mixed is measured(S300); moisture and a binder are added into the fine dust and the undried coal to be mixed in order to prevent the scattering of the fine dust(S400); coal briquette is obtained through the mixing process(S500); and the coal briquette and dried coal are transferred to an oven(S600). In the mixing process, the spraying pressure and the spraying direction of the binder are adjusted according to the amounts of fine dust and the undried coal. |
