PURPOSE: A silicon powder reaction system is provided to increase purification efficiency and to quickly purifying silicon powder in a rapid process. CONSTITUTION: A silicon powder reaction system comprises an acid reaction part(200), a fixed amount input part(100), and a silicon powder collection part. The acid reaction part comprises a mixing tank which can accommodate silicon powder, distilled water, and acid. The acid reaction part maintains the inner temperature of the mixing tank, mixes the silicon powder, distilled water, and acid mixture, and removes impurities by residual acid in the silicon powder, and quenches the mixture. The fixed mount input part measures distilled water and acid with a predetermined weight ratio of distilled water and acid and puts the same into the mixing tank. |
