PURPOSE: An oil refining device and a frying machine including the same are provided to allow a user to easily maintain the frying machine without maximizing the volume of the frying machine when the oil refining device is mounted on the frying machine by improving the utilization of space. CONSTITUTION: An oil refining device comprises a case(1), a filter unit(2), a supporting unit, a piping unit(4), and an envelope type filter body. The case is filled with oil. The filter unit is installed inside the case and includes a plate shape. The supporting unit is connected to the filter unit and maintains the plate shape of the filter unit. An inlet in which the oil passes through the filter unit flows into the case is connected to a flat surface of the filter unit in the piping unit. The filter unit is the envelope type filter body of which an end is opened. The supporting unit is detachably inserted into the filter body and forms an empty space inside the filter body by supporting the filter body. The filter body includes a fixing unit(5) which opens and closes the opened end of the filter body. The fixing unit is a clip which clips the end of the filter body. The supporting unit includes a connecting unit protruded by passing through the filter body. The piping unit includes a connection part detachably connected to the connecting unit. |
