A process for the preparation of effective thermoelectric material n-PbTe:Sb consists in that basic substance is loaded to quartz vacuumized ampoule, placed to the furnace, temperature of which is higher the melting temperature of initial components, and ampoule is hold at the said temperature, homogenizing annealing is carried out and cooled in open air to room temperature, after that obtained ingots are crushed and pressing is carried out. As initial components plumbum (Pb), stibious (Sb), tellurium (Te) of high purity class (99,999 %) are used, which in weight ratio correspond to the PbSbTecompound. |
