The invention relates to complex bacterial preparation based on strains of tuberous bacteria, specific to leguminous host-plant (Bradyrhizobiaceae or Rhizobiaceae family), and phosphate-mobilized bacteria Bacillus megaterium IMB B-7168 for inoculation of seeds of bean cultures at ratio of 1:1, used for the increasing of harvest yield of bean cultures. At creation of the invention a culture liquid of specific rhizobia (Bradyrhizobium japonicum IMB B-7242, Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viceae IMB B-7333) is used with concentration of cells at least 2.0·10c/ml and a culture liquid of Bacillus megaterium IMB B-7168 with concentration of cells at least 1.0·10c/ml. |
