PURPOSE: A receiving container for a display device and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to reduce costs by eliminating needs of additional components such as a double sided tape for grounding a flexible circuit board of the display device. CONSTITUTION: Side walls are expanded from a bottom plate(310). At least one grounding member(330) grounds a circuit board. An insulating film(236) electrically insulates the circuit board from the bottom plate. The insulating film includes an opening corresponding to the grounding member. A first adhesive member(236a) couples the insulating film with the circuit board. A second adhesive member(236b) couples the bottom plate with the insulating film. |
