The invention relates to oligomeric compounds (oligomers), which target in cell is mRNA of beta-catenine, promoting beta-catenine expression decreasing. The beta-catenine expression decreasing is useful at hyperproliferative diseases, including cancer. The invention represents pharmaceutical compositions, comprising oligomers, and methods for beta-catenine expression inhibiting with using of the mentioned oligomers. |
