PURPOSE: A method for providing health related information and POI(Point Of Interest) information based on a cloud service and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to confirm health information of the user through an avatar which is changed corresponding to a health state of the user. CONSTITUTION: A center server(110) provides health related POI information based on a user location with a current health state of a user or solution information for a predicted health state. A first user terminal(120) inputs health related data to the center server by executing a process on a virtual cloud space which is provided by the center server. A second user terminal(130) receives health state information and solution information of the user from the center server.
