PURPOSE: A display device for displaying image information of a CCTV(Closed Circuit TeleVision) on a three dimensional map and a display method thereof are provided to protect forests from fire by monitoring fire in real time. CONSTITUTION: A second memory(12) stores forests images captured by one camera(2). A control unit(8) set a center area which is matched with a three dimensional DEM(Digital Elevation Model) map stored in a first memory(10). The control unit outputs a display signal on a display unit(14) in order to overlap a first set size of a radius area with a forest area screen transmitted by the camera.
