<p>PURPOSE: A headset including an anti-loss function for a portable terminal and a headset system including the same are provided to easily measure a distance between the portable terminal and the headset by using a sensing signal for confirming a communication state. CONSTITUTION: A signal reception unit receives anti-loss signal from a portable terminal. A second separation analysis unit(220) analyzes whether the portable terminal breaks away from a loss reference distance based on a location of a headset. The headset is connected to the portable terminal through bluetooth communication or wireless internet. The anti-loss signal is a sensing signal for confirming a communication state between the headset and the portable terminal. A separation warning unit gives a separation warning to a user when the portable terminal breaks away from the loss reference distance.
