MULTI LAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic capacitor is provided to prevent an electrical characteristic degradation by solidifying a conductive resin uniformly, using an irradiation crosslinking method which uses gamma rays. CONSTITUTION: A laminated ceramic plastic object(10) crosses a plurality of inner electrode layers(11). A plurality of outer electrodes(20) is formed to surround one side or the other side of the laminated ceramic plastic object. The plurality of outer electrode is connected to the inner electrode layer. The plurality of outer electrode is formed in a plurality of conductive layers(21,22,23,24). One of the conductive layers is formed to a conductive resin by using an irradiation crosslinking method.
