PURPOSE: A positioner horizontal-movement tuning device is provided to form a uniform plating layer on a steel plate by horizontally moving an air knife and uniformly spraying compressed air on the steel plate surface. CONSTITUTION: A positioner horizontal-movement tuning device comprises an air knife(190), a support body(180) which supports the air knife, a pair of moving bodies(130) which support both ends of the support body, a horizontal driving unit(140) which drives the moving bodies from side to side, a pair of auxiliary bodies(120) which are mounted with the moving bodies on the top thereof and coupled with a supporter on the bottom thereof, and a driving body which moves the auxiliary bodies back and forth. |
