PURPOSE: A transparent outdoor cinema of a shutter opening/shutting type is provided to improve the satisfaction of a theater user by enabling a scenery appreciation as well as a movie-viewing in a clean and quiet environment. CONSTITUTION: A transparent outdoor cinema of a shutter opening/shutting type includes a housing frame, a transparent panel(10), a box housing(30), and a guide rail. A transparent panel is connected by a soft film(11). The box housing of the upper part of a housing frame equips with a rewinding roll(31) capable of rewinding the transparent panel. The guide rail of the both sides of a housing frame guides the opening and shutting of the transparent panel.
