PURPOSE: An asphalt modifier is provided to improve solubility and to prevent phase separation by using three kinds of radial type SBS with a specific ratio which have different average molecular weight to each other. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt modifier mixed with SBS comprises 45-70 weight% of an asphalt, 10-25 weight% of SBS with an average molecular weight of 50,000-150,000, 5-20 weight% of SBS with an average molecular weight of 150,000-250,000, 5-20 weight% of a radial type SBS with an average molecular weight of 250,000-350,000, 1-10 weight% of a process oil, 5-15 weight% of a petroleum resin, and 0.1-1 weight% of an antioxidant. The antioxidant is dibutyl hydroxy toluene.
