A method for producing bioactive substances from medicinal herbs by sequential extraction of air-dried grounded raw materials with solvents with different dielectric constants, such as hydrophobic or hydrophilic organic solvents and water. At each stage of extraction from the second one, meal is extracted after from removing it of previous solvent. The extraction is carried out in 6 stages sequentially with solvents of dielectric constant under 1-10, 11-25, 26-50, 51-75 at a temperature of 18-25 ° C, water at a temperature of 90-95 ° C and either salted or acidified or alkali aqueous solution at a temperature of 60-80 ° C. |
