PURPOSE: An IGBT(insulated gate bipolar transistor) stack of an electric vehicle propulsion control device is provided to reduce the number of components by modularizing a bus bar. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device(220) is located in a frame(210). A plurality of IGBTs(230) is connected to the cooling device from one side of the frame. A driving board is connected to the IGBT from the opposite side of the cooling device for controlling the IGBT. A bus bar module(250) connects an input power source and an output power source to the respective IGBT. A filter capacitor is connected to other side of the bus bar module. The filter capacitor stabilizes the output power of the IGBT. |
