PURPOSE: A press mold for molding of parts having undercut is provided to reduce the number of processes by simultaneously forming undercut units in a drawing process, thereby reducing producing costs of parts. CONSTITUTION: A press mold for molding of parts having undercut comprises an upper die(10), an elastic body(14), a pressing plate(15), a gas spring(30), a blank holder(40), and a lower punch(20). The elastic body is embedded in the upper die, thereby being protruded in an opening unit of the upper die by pressing. The pressing plate is embedded in the upper die and arranged under the elastic body. The gas spring pulls the pressing plate, thereby pressing the elastic body.
