发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING A FLEXIBLE POLYIMIDE METAL LAMINATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and equipment for a flexible polyimide-metal laminate board, capable of efficiently performing the heat treatment for imidizing a coating film. SOLUTION: In the heat treatment process 36 or heat treatment equipment 40, a resin precursor P coated on one surface of a sheet metal 12 is allowed to generate polycondensation by being heated with far infrared rays, and a polyimide film 14 is produced on one surface of the sheet metal 12. Since at the time of production of this polyimide resin film 14 the polycondensation is performed by the heating by far infrared rays, the far infrared rays penetrate into the inside of the coating film of the resin precursor P for the radiant energy of the far infrared rays to be absorbed and the whole coating film is efficiently heated for the imidization to be accomplished, the homogeneous polyimide resin film 14 is produced in a short time.
