ANALYSIS DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ANALYSIS OF COMPOUND NOUNS

PURPOSE: A device for analyzing a compound noun and a compound noun analyzing method thereof are provided to analyze the compound noun by measuring similarity between composition nouns obtained based on a user vocabulary intelligence network. CONSTITUTION: An extracting unit(140) disassembles an inputted compound noun to extract a semantic candidate composed of composition nouns. A semantic search unit searches for headwords of the composition nouns and analyzes similarity between the headwords of the composition nouns by using an original language information dictionary. A determining unit(160) determines the composition nouns composing the compound noun according to the similarity of the headwords. The extracting unit disassembles the compound noun into syllables and closely combines the syllables with each other to generate disassembly candidates. The extracting unit determines one of disassembly candidates as the semantic candidate by using the number of the combined syllables and unregistered and registered words.
