PURPOSE: A hybrid heat pump system for waste heat recovery is provided to improve energy saving and development of high efficient machinery and to intensify product competitiveness. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid heat pump system for waste heat recovery comprises a compressor(10), 4-way valve(20), an indoor heat exchanger(30), an outdoor heat exchanger(40), a hot water tank(50), a waste heat exchanger(70), a plurality of solenoid valves, an electric type expansion valve(EEV,60). The waste heat exchanger heat exchanges the waste heat generated in a cook-room and refrigerant for evaporating and deliveries heating source of the refrigerant to the compressor through 4-way valve. The electric type expansion valve expands the refrigerant which is heat exchanged through the indoor heat exchanger or the hot water tank and deliveries to the outdoor heat exchanger or the waste heat exchanger.
