The system (100) has a determination unit determining a maximum geographic distance between a first building (106) and second buildings (108), and a maximum temporary distance between construction periods of the buildings. A selection and display unit automatically selects and displays data relating to the buildings when the second buildings are located at a distance, from the first building, shorter than the maximum geographic distance and built at a period different from the construction period of the first building by a temporary distance shorter than the maximum temporary distance. The selection and display unit comprises a gateway (114) for allowing a user (102) to access a telecommunication network (112) such as Internet, via a server (116) that is associated to a random access memory (118). An independent claim is also included for a method for processing data relating to buildings.
