摘要 The invention relates to non-destructive control and can be used for determination of residual resource of constructions in aviation, power engineering, chemical industry, etc. According to vortex-current method for the determination of degree of operational degradation of structural materials vortex currents ore excited by means of inductance winding in controlled material, with measurement of parameters of resultant electromagnetic field, by those specific electric conductivity of material is determined, which is used at determination of its structural-mechanical condition. According to the invention, preliminarily produced are test samples of material that is identical to material of operated construction in. The samples produced are exposed to degradation factors that simulate temperature-power conditions of operation of construction at different intensity and time of effect. Mechanical parameters and values of specific electric conductivity of samples affected by degradation factors are determined, by those correlation dependences of mechanical parameters and specific electric conductivity of degraded material are plotted. And the level of degradation of material of operated construction is determined by the value of its specific electric conductivity. The method provides increase of quality and reliability of control at determination and prediction of residual resource of controlled constructions for long-term operation without destruction of those.
