<p>PURPOSE: A system for thermal treatment and drying a fabric to be dyed is provided to collect energy from waste heat source and to enhance energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A system for thermal treatment and drying of a fabric comprises: a drying chamber(D) containing the fabric; a heating line(30) for forming the drying chamber by high temperature steam; and a wet steam line(33) for discharging wet steam. The heating line is formed in a closed loop extended to the inside and outside of the drying chamber. The heating line has a vacuum pressure(36) for heating the drying chamber; a pressure control valve(37) for decompression of condensed water; a heat exchanger(38) for heating the wet steam; and a waste heat collection device(40) for collecting waste heat from the wet steam.</p> |
