PURPOSE: A method for paying a parking fee by using a phone is provided to enable a user to pay the parking fee by using the phone without kinds of the phone. CONSTITUTION: A user calls a parking management device having a phone number which is provided from a communication service provider before a vehicle passes through the exit of a parking lot. The parking management device receives the phone number by receiving a caller identification service of the communication service provider. When the user inputs a vehicle number of the vehicle or a part of the vehicle number, an approval process is completed. When the vehicle passes through a specific section of the exit, the payment of a parking fee is completed.
