PURPOSE: An exercise device is provided to strengthen various upper-body muscles using one exercise device. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device comprises a bench(100) which has a hole on the upper side thereof, a connection rod in which a part thereof is inserted into a hole, the upper part thereof is protruded from the bench, and the lower part thereof is positioned under the bench, a handle(400) which is connected to the upper part of the connection rod, and a weight plumb connected to the lower part of the connection rod. |
