A steel silo includes a cylindrical shell made of lap-jointed panels with waved crimps, rigidity ribs placed outside in perimeter of cylindrical shell, with openings for bolts placed along long axis of those, conical roofing, flat base. The panels of the cylindrical shell and rigidity ribs have stepped-variable thickness that is determined by pressure of grain in horizontal direction, this changes depending on height of the level, to the rigidity ribs bandage rings are fixed, those comprise sections of bended tubes installed on rigidity ribs by means of crimps and connected to each other in the places of joint with banding clamps. The number of banding rings is determined by overall dimensions and load of silo, conical roofing of the silo includes frame made of the upper ring, bearing beams, circular support profiles and ties between those. To the frame a cover is fixed, this is made of levels of trapezium-like panels with trapezium-like crimps placed at both sides of trapezium-like panels and intended for installation of trapezium-like panels with covering each other in circle of the frame and with bolt joints between those through openings arranged uniformly along the long axis of crimps. |
