PURPOSE: A heating structure of an edible extractor is provided to apply heating structure regardless of the kind of food and easily maintain and simply manufacture the edible extractor. CONSTITUTION: A heating structure of an edible extractor comprises a heating container(101), a housing(11), a supply cylinder(12a), a combustion cylinder(12b), a supply pump(14), a gas supply device(15), a heat transfer medium, and a backdraft prevention device. The heating container accommodates the food. The housing is connected to the bottom surface of the heating container. The supply cylinder is installed inside the housing and combusts air and gas. The combustion cylinder combusts gas transferred from the supply cylinder. The supply pump supplies air and gas to the supply cylinder. The gas supply device receives the gas from the outside and transfers the gas to the supply pump.
