PURPOSE: An intelligent pumping station managing system is provided to reduce costs for maintenance and motor pump manufacturing by preventing the damage of submersible motor pump in advance. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent pumping station managing system(100) comprises a pumping station(102), a deposit sensor(104), and a deposit crusher(106). A pumping station equipped with a submerged motor pump(102a) is arranged by place. The deposit sensor is equipped to the submersible motor pump to sense the deposited and adhered deposits on the existing submersible motor pump when the amount of deposits is beyond the predetermined standard. The deposit crusher is equipped to face the submersible motor pump inside the pumping station. The deposit crusher is synchronized with the deposit sensor and automatically crushes the deposited and adhered deposits on the existing submersible motor pump when the amount of the deposits is beyond the predetermined standard. |
