PURPOSE: A managing method of a remote terminal through a private IP using a SIP and a management control system of a remote session are provided to perform necessary management by transferring a management message in real time. CONSTITUTION: A remote session management control system receives a SIP subscribe message from a remote terminal based on preset time(S11). Management session information of the remote terminal is identified using the received SIP subscription message(S12). A management message is transmitted to the remote terminal by using the management session information(S13). A performing result of the management message is transmitted from the remote terminal(S14).
