A 2 dot-inversion type LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to display a relatively dark line and a bright line alternatively by shifting inversion lines one by one per each frame so that horizontal line faults can be prevented. A 2 dot-inversion type LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprises an LC panel(41), a data driver(43) and a timing controller(44). When driving LC cells on the LC panel through 2 dot-inversion type, the data driver shifts inversion lines one by one per each frame. The timing controller outputs a polarity signal to the data driver whenever a frame is changed to shift the inversion line one by one per each frame. |
