摘要 PURPOSE: A method for predicting the variation of a furnace is provided to favorably maintain the heat balance of the furnace and to prevent inappropriate management of the furnace by preventing the misjudgment of operators. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting the variation of a furnace is as follows; a step for continuously measuring factors having influences on the heat of the furnace(S10); a step for calculating the temperature variation value of molten steel between a time when the heat variation conditions of the furnace is satisfied and a time where a response time is passed if the variation state of the factors having influences on the heat of the furnace(S20); a step for building database on the temperature variation value of the molten steel according to the variation of the factors having influences on the heat of the furnace by storing the temperature variation value of the molten steel(S30); and a step for predicting how the temperature variation of the molten steel goes by using the database when the heat variation conditions of the furnace are satisfied(S40).
