PURPOSE: A control system of a pre-safe vibration steering wheel is provided to allow a driver to recognize danger by variously controlling a vibrating motor mounted on a steering wheel according to a warning signal. CONSTITUTION: A control system of a pre-safe vibration steering wheel comprises a starting power unit(1), a pre-safe control block(10), a sensor(20), and a vibrating motor(30). The pre- safe control block warns in correspondence to a breakaway from the traffic lines of a vehicle by supporting power from the starting power unit after starting the vehicle. The sensor senses the driving information of the vehicle and provides traffic line information and breakaway information from the traffic lines to the pre-safe control block. The vibrating motor is installed inside a steering wheel(40) and drives different vibrating patterns and intensities according to the warning signal.
