摘要 An automated installation for application of insulating coating to pipeline includes power section, mechanism for pipeline wrapping around with insulating band, this includes a spool unit with bobbin 34, unit for automated control of process of winding that includes a control block, this includes tension controller 42, amplifier 43, thyristor transformer 44. New is the fact that the power section with additionally included moving mechanism is mounted on the frame 1 and includes combustion engine 2 with generator 3, tank for fuel 4, reducer 5, coupling clutch 6, drive 7 of three pairs of rubber rollers 8, this transfers torque from the motor to rubber rollers, drive 9 of screw pumps 10-13 connected to the vessels for technological solutions 14-17 that are connected through pipelines 18-21 to the nozzles 22-25 placed over the processed surface of the tube. At the right end of the frame working rotor of installation is placed, this includes drive 26 of toothed working wheel 27 installed in guide 29 that is fixed without possibility of motion on the frame on axle 28. On the frame support rollers 32 and counter-weight 33 are mounted. Mechanism for pipeline wrapping around additionally includes holders of strips 35, 36 fixed to the end surface of the toothed wheel 27 to which holder of spool is fixed. The unit for automated control of the process of winding with insulation strip consists of ultrasonic sensor of distance 37, powder clutch 38 and control block 39 fixed to the holder of the spool. At that the control block is equipped with autonomous direct current power supply source that consists of insulated copper contact semi-rings 40 placed in slots at outer surface of the working toothed wheel 27 and current collectors 41 that are on the surface of the guide 29. The toothed working wheel and the guide are formed of two sectors where one of sectors of the guide includes fixation lock 30 for connection of two sectors of the guide with formation of circular guide for toothed working wheel. Controller of tension of control block is connected to ultrasonic sensor of distance 37, and thyristor transformer 44 – to powder clutch 38. The invention makes it possible to install installation without dismantling and cutting pipes, to change technology of application of multi-component coating depending on conditions of application and the level of defect of damage of surface of pipes, to improve uniformity of application of technological solutions, and to improve automated control of tension of insulation strip due to exclusion of harmful effect of technical troubles – centrifugal force of the bobbin, vibration, non-uniformity of motion of installation, temperature errors of not ultrasonic sensors.
