PURPOSE: A virtual vibration device and a method thereof are provided to supply virtual vibration corresponding to a working extent of an accelerating pedal to a driver on a vehicle driven with an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: A virtual vibration device(10) comprises a storage unit(110), a control unit(120), a pressure sensor(130), a first and a second driving unit(141,142), and a first and a second motor(151,152). The storage unit stores a size of a control signal controlling a rotation count of the first and the second motor corresponding to a working extent of an accelerating pedal as a database. The control unit individually supplied a first and a second control signal corresponding to the working extent of the accelerating pedal and a vibration mode to the first and the second driving unit. The pressure sensor outputs a corresponding signal after confirming the working extent of the accelerating pedal. The first and the second driving unit individually supplies a current corresponding the first and the second control signal to the first and the second motor and individually vibrates the first and the second motor in corresponding the rotation count. The first motor and the second motor are vibrated by the first and the second driving unit in the rotation count corresponding to the supplied current and are installed in a position enabling a driver to recognize vibration.
