PURPOSE: A mortar composition and methods of manufacturing and construction are provided to improve viscosity of the mortar composition by adding an undiluted solution of Effective Microorganisms(EM) and kitchen detergent. CONSTITUTION: A mortal composition comprises 45-50 weight% of cement, 25-30 weight% of sand, 7-10 weight% of cement admixture liquid, and 15-20 weight% of water. The cement admixture liquid includes 18-23 weight% of aqueous emulsion resin, 0.5-1.0 weight% of kitchen detergent, 8-12 weight% of chemical paste, 0.5-1.0 weight% of EM undiluted solution, and 65-70 weight% of water. The kitchen detergent comprises 18-25 weight% of surfactant including alcohol based negative ions, alpha-olefin based negative ions, and amine oxide and 75-82 weight% of cleaning aid including a foam controller, stabilizer, skin moisturizer, and pH adjusting agent. The chemical paste is composed of methyl cellulose and urethane polymer. |
