PURPOSE: A sealing agent for a liquid crystal dropping process is provided to have excellent adhesion to ITO glass which is transparent conductive glass and to maintain the adhesion for long time. CONSTITUTION: A sealing agent for a liquid crystal dropping process comprises an epoxy resin, a (meth)acrylic resin, and a (meth)acrylic polymer which has a hydroxyl group but not a (meth)acrylic group and an epoxy group. The (meth)acrylic polymer is a liquid phase at 25 deg. C. and the weight average molecular weight thereof is 7,000-20,000. The epoxy resin comprises glycidyloxy benzophenone and does not comprise a compound which has a (meth)acrylic group and an epoxy group. The (meth)acrylic resin includes a compound indicated in chemical formula 1.
