Novel compounds of Formula I, in which R is hydrogen or C 1-4 alkyl, X is hydrogen or halogen and n is 1 or 2, are prepared by reacting a compound of Formula II with a compound of formula R-CH 2 -NO 2 . The compounds I are stated to inhibit the production of tumour cells.
