<p>PURPOSE: A guidance lamp on the wall of a tunnel is provided to guide a traveling direction steadily and exactly, thereby making a vehicle driver passing the tunnel to pass the tunnel safely. CONSTITUTION: A controller comprises a lamp(30), a communication unit(43), and a control unit(41). The communication unit sends and receives a signal. The control unit controls the on/off of the lamp. The control unit controls the communications unit so that a transmitting signal is transmitted. The transmitting and receiving signal include an identification code fixed in the corresponding transmitting guidance lamp. The controller further includes a timer(42).
