The present invention reveals a method and device for the data and voice communication via the Internet, which allows the last user to call and have services of VoIP as well as Internet connectivity in a mobile and portable manner. The method includes an wireless device, a Mobile Station and a link to a telephone service VoIP. The wireless device is communicated with the Mobile Station, from which the Internet connection is established so as to transmit and receive voice and data between the user and the target line. The satellite connection service to the Internet enables the connectivity from any point without local infrastructures. The mobility and the fact of having a supplier for the Internet communication, allows the user to hire a single service for having telephone and Internet at home, office or any other place, since the voice calls are made via the Internet, the costs of the national and international long-distance phone calls are substantially reduced.
