The wooden block has a wall formed by a wood structural panel (1). Frames are connected to a base plate or the panel by a set of articulations (7) such that the frames are foldable. A wedged keying device connects the wooden block with another wooden block. The keying device has dowels (10) fitted into grooved wood parts (5, 5') of the frames, and bores (11) formed in top and bottom portions of a wood panel core (6) of the former block. Wedged keying plates (12) are fixed to the grooved parts and provided with dowels (13) to lock the core of the former block with a core of the latter block. The articulations are made of PVC, plastic or nylon.
