PURPOSE: A multilayer coated wear-resistant member and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the size of a grain of a coating by adding silicon, thereby enabling to increase the hardness of the coating. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer coated wear-resistant member comprises a base material(62) and a coating scheme(60). The coating scheme includes coating sublayers of TixAlySi100-x-yN(40 atom% <= x <= 80 atom%; 15 atom% <= y <= 55 atom%; 4 atom% <= 100-x-y <= 15 atom%) and other coating sublayers of TipAl100-pN(45 atom% <= p <= 100 atom%). One coating sublayer is TixAlySi100-x-yN with a composition of 50 atom% <= x <= 70 atom%; 20 atom% <= y <= 40 atom%; 7 atom%<= 100-x-y <= 10 atom%.
