PURPOSE: A mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates using a multiplexed delay board is provided to increase the density of contacts among the recycled aggregates, a cylindrical drum, a mixer, and the recycled aggregates, by delaying the progress of the recycled aggregates in a segmented space, thereby enhancing exfoliation performance. CONSTITUTION: A mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates using a multiplexed delay board comprises a main frame(10), a cylindrical drum(20), a multiplexed delay board(30), and a mixer(40). The main frame is formed by a square frame. The cylindrical drum has a fixed gradient on the main frame to be rotated by a driving device(21). The multiplexed delay board comprises multiple fixed discs(31) and multiple fixing bars(32). The multiple fixed discs are arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical drum and form a space(22) by being separated at a fixed distance from the inner surface of the cylindrical drum. The multiple fixing bars fix the fixed discs within the cylindrical drum by passing through the fixed discs and fastening the fixed discs to the main frame. As the external diameters of the fixed discs gradually increase from the inlet toward the outlet of the cylindrical drum, the spaces between the fixed disc and the cylindrical drum gradually decrease. The mixer is rotatably supported on the main frame and includes a central axis(41) passing through the centers of the fixed discs of the multiplexed delay board; mixing wings(42) installed on the central axis at regular intervals for rotating within the cylindrical drum driven by the driving device(43). |
