PURPOSE: A transmitting/receiving system and a method using a plurality of terminal information and location based information are provided to easily display one or more service information included in an N-screen on a plurality of terminals through cloud computing. CONSTITUTION: A cloud computing information system comprises: a mobile terminal; a relay terminal; an N location based information cloud computing server; and an external server. The N location based information cloud computing server analyzes N-screen information and terminal identification information of the mobile terminal received from the relay terminal. The N location based information cloud computing server transmits N location based information to a cloud computing server related to the N location based information.
